Oracle Systems Builder on "Pandora", a data warehouse containing customer information. Built back end modules enabling storage and access of large quantities of call data (1.5 million records per day).
Produced data summaries and modules to aggregate the calls so that users could analyse it quickly and efficiently for the benefit of the business. This information allowed the business to see which mobile phone models were the most frequently renewed, etc.
